Richard Rossiter is a former chronic pain sufferer, Vietnam War veteran and former U.S. Army helicopter pilot who relied on his own journey through pain to create The Rossiter System. His systematic series of two-person stretches loosen and elongate the body’s connective tissue from head to toe to relieve pain in the arms, hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders/neck, low back, hips, knees and feet. Rossiter is a certified advanced Rolfer (connective tissue specialist) and author of three books on stretching. Since the early 1990s, he has been a workplace consultant who helps companies implement Quantum Pain Relief as an in-house program relieve and prevent repetitive stress injuries and curtail spiraling medical costs. The Cuff is his product which combines movement and pressure directly on the connective tissue system to lengthen and change the tissue while in any environment, at any time, alone.
